Cancellation Policy
How order and checkout cancellation works for Vizarank assessment reports.
You may cancel an unpaid checkout at any time before payment is completed. Once payment succeeds and your full report is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. Billing corrections are handled under our Refund Policy.
Before payment
Starting checkout does not complete a purchase. You may leave the payment page, close your browser, or abandon checkout without being charged. Unfinished payment sessions expire automatically and do not create a completed order.
After payment
The full assessment report is a digital product delivered immediately after successful payment. For that reason, completed orders cannot be cancelled once the report has been made available to your account.
Assessments and account access
An unpaid assessment preview can be left incomplete or unused at any time — no purchase is required to stop. If you want help closing your account or removing personal data, contact us at the email below and we will handle the request in line with our Privacy Policy.
Refunds are separate
Cancellation covers stopping an unpaid checkout or clarifying that a delivered digital report cannot be undone. Requests about duplicate charges, failed delivery, or processing errors are covered by our Refund Policy, not this page.
