Preview before you pay

Vizarank provides a free preview of your visa assessment before any payment is required. This preview lets you review a sample of your results and understand exactly what the full report contains, so you can make an informed decision before purchasing. Because you can evaluate the service in advance at no cost, we are unable to offer refunds once a full report has been purchased.

Digital goods are delivered instantly

The full assessment report is a digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately upon successful payment. As the report is produced specifically for your profile and made available instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the payment is completed.

Exceptions

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you were charged more than once for the same report due to a technical or billing error, or if your report failed to generate because of a fault on our side, please contact us. In these limited cases we will investigate and, where a genuine error on our part is confirmed, issue a correction or refund of the affected amount.

• Duplicate charges for a single report.
• A report that was paid for but never delivered due to a system fault.
• An incorrect amount charged because of a verified processing error.

How to request a review

To raise a billing concern covered under the exceptions above, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order reference and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond to every request within 2 business days. Refunds for Creem-processed payments are handled through Creem once approved; Creem may also act on unresolved support cases per their policies.
