Vizarank is a platform owned and operated by Codectory, a registered business based at 384-E, Ali Center, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. Throughout these Terms, the words "we", "us", and "our" refer to Codectory. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our service

Vizarank provides an agent-powered visa assessment that analyses the profile information you provide against publicly available immigration policies from 30+ countries. We generate a report containing country matches, eligibility indicators, gap analysis, and recommended pathways.

Informational purpose only

Vizarank is an informational and educational tool. It does not provide legal or immigration advice, and it is not a substitute for professional counsel from a licensed immigration lawyer or accredited consultant. We do not guarantee any visa outcome, approval, or decision by any government or authority. Immigration policies change frequently, and final decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities.

Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate and complete information. The quality of your assessment depends on the accuracy of the details you submit. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Pricing and payment

A free preview of your assessment is available before any payment. The full report is offered as a paid digital product. Prices may be displayed in other currencies; you are charged in US Dollars (USD) at checkout, and applicable tax or VAT may be added by Creem. Prices may be updated from time to time.

Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) as Merchant of Record. Creem is the legal seller for the payment, issues the invoice or receipt, and may appear on your bank statement. Codectory provides the assessment product and customer support.

Refunds

Because a free preview is available before purchase and reports are delivered instantly, all payments are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases set out in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software on this platform are the property of Codectory and its licensors. Your report is provided for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizarank and Codectory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including reliance on the assessment for immigration or travel decisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
